About Our Summer Mission Committee
The Ministry is lead by a team of 24 volunteers. The summer missions are coordinated by a team of young leaders who first started as regular members of the team and rose to become leaders. After successfully completed the Mission showing strong leadership character traits, they were selected from a pool of leaders to be part of the Mission Committee. This committee operates under the supervision of the Board of directors, directing all aspect of the new year's mission. As their skills progressed, they are then promoted to become members of the Board of Directors.
